GAME TIME REGISTRATION FEE: $275.00 (member) $325.00 (non-member) POSTMARKED BY 09/19/08.

Member refers to Local Chapter Membership not National. CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP WILL BE VERIFIED.

Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can send a replacement. Please notify us if this should be necessary.

Conference registration includes continental breakfast,lunch and the Thursday evening event, deluxe continental breakfast on Friday and all meeting materials. Dress Code for the conference is business casual during the day. Please do not wear jeans or tee shirts. Hotel accommondations are not included in the registration fee.
