CONGRATULATIONS to both winners of a Statewide Conference Registration.
At the July 18, 2007 meeting, Diana Bernier of MCVH-VCU Health Services and Frances Gillend of Randolph Macon College won two registrations for the Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference being held in September, 2007. If they can make it through the Payroll Jungle, we will see them at the Conference.
3 NEW VIRGINIA CHAPTERS
Our best wishes go to the three new chapters that have recently begun in our state. They are the Colonial Capital Chapter which covers the Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Toano area and the Shenancoah Valley Chapter which covers the Staunton, Winchester and upper Valley area and the Southwest Virginia Chapter which covers the Roanoke area. We offer our congratulations to all three chapters and extend our hands to help in any way that we can.
The Richmond Chapter finds new "space" for their Study Groups.
The Richmond Chapter now offers its CPP and FPC Study Groups through online "chat rooms".
We've come a long way and we are very excited by the success this move has seen and the enthusiasm with which it has been accepted.
