Meeting Registration

Please register for only one meeting at a time. The registration fee includes the cost for breakfast, and is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Your confirmation will appear once you Submit this form.

Please remember that if you cannot attend a meeting for which you have registered, you must cancel by the Friday before the meeting to avoid being responsible for the meeting fee and a failure-to-cancel fee.
