The Feldman E. Lane, CPP Payroll Education Grants

Established in 1984, the American Payroll Association Richmond Chapter, Inc., is a member-based organization of payroll professionals providing education, certification support, and professional networking throughout Central Virginia. The Richmond Payroll Education Grants were established in 2019 to honor its former president and payroll activist, the late Feldman Lane, CPP. The five grants are designed to encourage professional growth through payroll training and educational offerings. The Feldman E. Lane, CPP Payroll Education Grants include the following:

1. The APA Payroll Source, Payroll Practice Fundamentals or any APA book up to $400

2. The APA Seminar Registration Fee up to $300

3. The Richmond Chapter All Day Meeting Registration Fee

4. The Richmond Chapter CPP/FPC/Online Study Group Registration Fee

5. The Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference Registration Fee

The candidate must be a current member in good standing with the Richmond Chapter American Payroll Association. Richmond Chapter Board of Directors are not eligible for these grants but may nominate someone. Previous grant winners are not eligible to apply for the grants until after three years.
